How does Socium make money?
We are 100% funded by our trusted suppliers. It costs you nothing, only sustainable savings to enjoy.
Do I have to switch suppliers?
No. You approve every change. We will share all options and provide recommendations, but ultimately it’s your decision on the option that’s best for your business. Either way there is no cost from us, only savings to assess.
Do I need to sign a contract with Socium?
No. Unlike many other purchasing companies, there is no contract or sign-up fee, and your business will never get an invoice from Socium. Customers stay because they love the service we offer, not because they have to.
How do I pay the supplier?
The same way you pay suppliers today. You pay them directly.
Do I order via Socium?
No. You place your orders with suppliers in the same way you do today, whether that’s online, by phone, email, ordering portal or fax.
Will the quality change?
No. When we say like for like, the product is the same, though the pack size might differ.
What do you need from me?
A brief discussion and some recent supplier invoices. One invoice is absolutely fine, but the more the better. Ideally 2 to 4 weeks’ worth.
