How Socium Procurement Ltd uses the information you share with us. Last updated 27 October 2026.

Who we are

Socium Procurement Ltd is the controller of your personal data. We’re registered in England and Wales, company number 16162145, with our registered office at Suite Ra01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU. You can reach us at info@sociumprocurement.com or on 07380502843.

What we collect

  • Details you send us: your name, email, phone number, business name, number of locations and sector, the categories you’d like us to review, your rough weekly spend and any message.
  • Invoices you attach: up to five files (PDFs, photos or spreadsheets). They may include your business details, delivery addresses and the products and prices you buy.
  • Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies: how you use this website, collected through Google Analytics.

How we use it and why

We use your details and invoices to prepare your price benchmark, to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to provide our service. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We use analytics data, with your consent, to improve this website.

What we share with suppliers

To get you the best prices, we take the product, quantity and price details from your invoices and share only those with our carefully selected supply partners. We don’t share your invoices themselves, and we never share your name, contact details or other personal information. We never sell your information.

Where it’s stored and who helps us

Enquiries and the invoices you attach are stored in the UK.

  • Sebenza Online hosts this website and stores enquiries and invoices securely in its lead dashboard on our behalf, on servers in London.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person, not a bot.
  • Google Analytics, only when you accept analytics cookies.

Cloudflare and Google may process limited technical data, such as your IP address, outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and attached invoices are deleted automatically after 24 months, or sooner if you ask us to delete them.

Cookies

We only use analytics cookies if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time using .
